Kuala Lumpur is quiet during festivals

Kuala Lumpur is gradually becoming deserted as more people leave for their hometowns to celebrate Raya. The Sungai Besi Toll, North-South Highway and Jalan Duta Toll saw fewer vehicles on Monday. There will be a three-day holiday from Tuesday through Thursday. Holiday on Thursday is a replacement for the National Day holiday on Aug 31.
