Residents of Putrajaya will soon be able to enjoy a variety of e-services via the Putrajaya Corporation (PJC) portal.
The PPjOnline facility will allow members of the public to perform several functions at the click of a mouse while lounging in the comfort of their homes. Services offered online at www.ppj.gov.my will be e-Pemajuan, e-Aduan, e-Kompaun, e-Lesen, e-Sewa, e-Cukai, e-Tempahan and e-Perjawatan.
By accessing the e-services, visitors will be able to lodge complaints with the local authority, settle compounds and assessment tax, apply for and renew licences, rent premises under PJC or simply book a hall.
The e-services will be available from July 1.
The local authority's One-Stop Centre (OSC) was also launched at the event.
