The Muslim fasting month of Ramadan begins this Saturday. This is the month of bazaars and crowds in markets and food squares, even along the roadside.
In view of the H1N1 flu pandemic, Ramadan bazaar traders and patrons are advised to wear masks to check the spread of the Influenza A (H1N1).
Traders with flu-like symptoms are to impose self-quarantine and stay home to avoid spreading the disease to others.
To all Muslims, Selamat Berpuasa.
