NRD operating hours for fasting month

If you are making a trip to the National Registration Department (NRD), you may want to note the operating hours for fasting month: from 7.30am - 5pm

All National Registration Department offices nationwide are open from 7.30am until 5pm on normal days during the fasting month.

For offices which open on Monday to Friday, comprising the head office in Putrajaya and branches in the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Labuan, Perlis, Penang, Perak, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Sabah and Sarawak, it will be from this Monday.

For NRD branch offices which open on Sunday until Thursday, in Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu, they will operate from 7.30am until 5pm from tomorrow.

The offices will resume operating according to normal working hours after the fasting month," said the department in a statement here today.
