A LARGE selection of food, comprising cuisine from various cultures, is the highlight of the Ramadan promotion at Taman Sari Brasserie in Istana Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
The promotion featuring international and local dishes, offers about 100 dishes daily. Its offering, which includes food stalls and cook stations, extends right up to its breezy poolside for diners’ comfort.
Some of the interesting additions to the promotion this year are the Indian Tandoori and the Szechuan Chinese dishes. There is also a lemang and rendang stall.
There is also a Middle Eastern corner which serves traditional dishes like Fatoush, Tabouleh, Hummus and Mtabal.
If you are a bubur fan, there is a choice of five types of Bubur. They are Bubur Pulut Hitam, Bubur Kacang Hijau, Bubur Jagung and Serawa Durian.
The promotion is priced at RM99++ per person. The buffet is priced at RM90++ per person for early birds on week 1 and 4.
