The Star reported that travellers hoping to book AirAsia flights can bypass the current Internet problems by contacting the airlines' call centre.
An AirAsia spokesman said its website was experiencing some delays as a result of congestion following the damage to telecommunications cables after a strong earthquake in southern Taiwan on Tuesday.
AirAsia's call centre number is 03-87754000 and it's 603-86604343 for international callers.
Bookings can also be made via travel agents.
