My cousin, Stella, just bought a new house and she and her husband are busy doing up the place. The other day, they were looking at some brochures on lighting fixtures and were debating on the type of Bathroom lights to fix when I called upon them.

Doing up a new house is a lot of hardwork and decisions. Lightings alone would give one a headache as different locations would require differnt types of lightings and fixtures.
