Valentine's Day Virus

I wonder why do people create Internet viruses. There is even one for Valentine's Day. The people of Malaysia have been warned to be careful when opening up Valentine's e-greetings. Last year, it was reported that 30,000 computers were infected worldwide, with about 5,000 in Asia being severely damaged by a virus masquerading as a Valentine’s Day greeting.
