The Reunion Dinner

Tomorrow is the eve of Chinese New Year and Chinese families will be having their annual reunion dinner where sons and unmarried daughters will hurry home from work to partake in this important occasion.

Today being Friday and for most, the last day of the workweek before the Chinese New Year festival, a lot of people would be heading home travelling miles outstation. There would be traffic jams downtown and some parts of the highway. In fact, the streets in Kuala Lumpur are packed with last-minute shoppers.
