Malaysia's Multipurpose Rescue Vehicle (MRV)

This is Malaysia's locally-produced Multipurpose Rescue Vehicle (MRV), a first of its kind in the world.

This vehicle is specially designed to carry out critical rescue operations being able to be navigated through aftermaths of floods, typhoons and fires. It can also be driven up a 45-degree slope on hilly terrain as well as through muddy, slippery and inundated roads.

MRV is manufactured by LWK Automotive Green Technologies (LWK Green) through a RM2.2mil grant provided by Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI).
