Air travellers who use AirAsia would be pleased to know that they'd soon be travelling in new planes as AirAsia has just signed a new agreement with Airbus SAS for the purchase of 50 A320 planes, with options for another 50 aircraft. This is to meet their expansion as well as to replace the Boeing 737-300 aircraft that would be returned upon expiry of their respective leases.
